New weekly prices effective May 28, 2024 - 4 seater battery or gas $275, 4 seater lifted $300, 6 seater $400. Paddle Boat for rent for $120 per week. Boat ramp. Sorry, no smoking allowed.

Overall

Location of this house unbeatable!!! 3 minutes walk to beach, launch kayak in the backyard, catch crabs without leaving the house, and best of all watch sun rise from the bed! This house and garden city beach beat all our expectations. Paul did a great job accommodating us; we had our best vacation ever in 2020. I cannot recommend this place more!
