Waterforde is located 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This four-story complex offers units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and oceanside pool. Pack your beach bags and enjoy the sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere this location provides. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk down to the beach and relax. Waterforde’s amenities include a gated parking lot, outdoor grilling area, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. **Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking underneath the building and are to be parked exclusively in the parking area adjacent to the fence. Vehicle charging is also prohibited. Non-compliance will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

'overall, condo in good shape...have stayed with Dunes for many years, but always come back to this bldg. Stove should be updated, tv\"s should definitely be updated, no flat screens in the unit. The tv in the master bedroom was about as big as a watch! Absolutely ridiculous for this price to not have current televisions! Also, no tv in second bedroom...tough during a week of rain every day!'
