Waterforde is located 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This four-story complex offers units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and oceanside pool. Pack your beach bags and enjoy the sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere this location provides. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk down to the beach and relax. Waterforde’s amenities include a gated parking lot, outdoor grilling area, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. **Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking underneath the building and are to be parked exclusively in the parking area adjacent to the fence. Vehicle charging is also prohibited. Non-compliance will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

'Our family has stayed in this unit for over 25 years now and we absolutely love it! The unit has been well cared for over the years. We appreciate the updates that have been made through the years as it is always nice to find at least 1 or 2 things that have been updated each year.
