There is also an elevator at Surfside By the Sea II to help tote your luggage and beach items, should you not want to use the steps. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (pool open April 1 - October 1) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. One parking permit is issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
