Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'This is our favorite Sea Oaks unit (we have stayed in a few). Every year it seems the owners update/upgrade something so most everything is new. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the sleeper sofa, the A/C... I can't wait to go this year to see what else is new. Highly recommended!'

'Found the condo clean and well kept. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. This was our first time in this complex and I would recommend it. The proximity to areas of Garden City and the ease of parking were also a big bonus! PS We noticed and appreciate the time and dedication put into hand painting each light cover. Beautiful! We will be back to this property.'
