Ocean Blvd. 101A is a first floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium that sleeps 7 with 2 kings and a captain's bunk. Meal prep is a pleasure in the upgraded kitchen. Dine indoors or on the screen porch overlooking the pool area. A rare amenity these days, access the pool area and go down to the beach from your screen porch! 4 TVs, WIFI, ceiling fans and more! Outside features include beautifully landscaped grounds and large oceanfront swimming pool. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Sea Cloisters I is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story oceanfront complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Go for a swim from Easter/April 1 to October 1 in the outdoor oceanfront pool. Take a short walk down to the beach and enjoy some fun in the sun, sand, and surf. There is no elevator at Sea Cloisters I. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

Overall

We have rented this unit for the last 6 yrs. (I believe). The owners are always making updates. I can’t say enough about this unit. My grandkids & adult children have thoroughly enjoyed being in this unit!!! It truly is a home away from home. Kitchen is stocked very well. Cleanliness is top notch. We were very sad to say the least when we realized this year that it will not be available anymore. To the owners, we can’t brag enough about the way you guys were constantly updating & making it so pleasant to stay in for the last several years. We will miss being there, but once you’ve had the best it’s hard to stay somewhere else. Thank you again from my family to yours!!!!
