There's an elevator and building wide WIFI to make your stay more pleasurable. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. This property does not have a washer/dryer.

Sea Banks is located 0.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach chairs. While there is no pool at Sea Banks, you do have year-round access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beaches of Garden City, just steps away from the complex. Take a short walk down the beach and enjoy live music on the pier during the summer, play in the arcade, go fishing, or grab a bite at the pier’s cafe. Sea Banks offers affordability and central location for fun at the beach. One parking permit is issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Overall

This was perfect for my husband and I. The balcony view was wonderful. It could use a few minor maintenance upgrades (the screen on the porch is in poor repair). But nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. A short walk to restaurants and shopping but a mostly residential and fairly quiet area. Great value!

'My hubby and I stayed a week. The property is cozy, quaint and quiet. Just a few steps to get out on the beach. It has a small screened in balcony that we sat on in the evenings and well into the night, sipping on wine and talking. Perfect inexpensive getaway for rest and relaxation.'

'Although our stay was only 3 days, we fell in love with this property. It was just my husband and I so the unit was perfect. Right on the beach! The unit has all the amenities you could need, and is really decorated to make you feel at home. Imagine falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Imagine the spectacular sight of a moon rising right in front of you. Imagine sunny days, awesome beach at your doorstep, only a short walk to Garden City Pier. When you imagine this, then you have my reality. We found a wonderful restaurant in Murrells Inlet just a few miles down the road. Ate wonderful seafood outside and had a live band playing beach music. There was a boardwalk behind the restaurant that we walked and saw the boats come in. All in all, a wonderful get a way. We made some wonderful memories there and can't wait to return. '
