Parking is limited to one car. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Princeton House II is located 1.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex has direct oceanfront views. Grab your camera and capture a beautiful Atlantic sunrise while on your balcony. Bring or rent your beach items and step down to the sandy beaches and lounge in the sun or swim in the surf. There is no elevator or pool at Princeton House. This complex is conveniently located to public parks, restaurants, and shopping. Plan your vacation stay at Princeton House and have some fun in the sun! One assigned parking space per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'The unit itself is great. Plenty of space, clean, and updated. Great part of the beach. However, parking is atrocious. It is EXTREMELY limited, especially if the other units are occupied. It's a shame such a nice place has such lousy parking. We won't stay here again for this reason.'

'We have stayed there for the last several simmers, and we love it and will prbly stay again. However, I could not give 5 stars because of the parking. It is AWFUL! Spaces are too small and if you have a truck like we do, almost impossible to park.'

'This condo is beautiful. Yes, parking is limited, but it is disclosed in the description. They are not kidding when they say 1 space. But it is a normal parking spot. The unit is spacious and well equipped. it's location is perfect. We had a wonderful time.'
