Parking is limited to one car. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Princeton House I is located 1.6 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex has direct oceanfront views. Grab your camera and capture a beautiful Atlantic sunrise while on your balcony. Bring or rent your beach items and step down to the sandy beaches and lounge in the sun or swim in the surf. There is no elevator or pool at Princeton House. This complex is conveniently located to public parks, restaurants, and shopping. Plan your vacation stay at Princeton House and have some fun in the sun! One assigned parking space per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'Very clean Good location. Plenty of good condition dishes glassware etc. Both showers need work. Closet in master bedroom had no clothes bar to hang clothing. Master bedroom mattress pillows not great. No small amenities included to start you off as toilet paper tissues paper towels dishwashing and laundry detergent Because of one bike week ending and another beginning it was a bit noisy at times. We would probably visit the area again in another condo<br />

Overall

'My wife and I had a fun, exciting week-long vacation starting on July 29. The Princeton House 1, 1 condo has an open design with a large living room and convenient kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide room for family members as well. We spent a lot of time reading and watching TV. One great aspect of this condo is being ocean-front so we really enjoyed sitting on the porch with ocean breezes as we read our favorite books. Almost every day we would take a four-mile walk to the Garden City pier or beyond the pier at Surfside. Great weather and many sites and restaurants to visit nearby. We love it: a fun place to visit and a great place for a vacation!'
