'House was perfectly located to meet our needs. Direct walk out back door to beach. Bliss! Beach is not crowded during absolute peak season, this was ideal. Also, it was nice to have wave-runner, banana boat, parasail, etc activites within a very short walk. Made it very convenient. 
 
House floorplan was great, but for the price would expect the kitchen/house to be better stocked (sharper knives, tupperware?, blow-dryer). Only major complaint is I think it is nuts to have to pay extra if you want towels, bath mats, and sheets. This should be standard for a property that runs over $5K/week, tacking on $250 for low quality towels is silly. 
 
We did have a toilet flusher break during stay. It was fixed immediately.

'this house was amazing! it was everything we expected and more, the kitchen was stocked with anything that you would ever need, it was as beautifully decorated as the photos showed, we enjoyed relaxing on the back porch with the ocean only steps away, will be vacationing in this one again.'
