Overall

This place earns 5 stars for it's location alone. It is incredibly convenient to the beach, restaurants, and a short drive to everything you need. The home was clean and comfortable for our party of 6. The home however does need some updates, especially when it comes to windows and doors. Only one slider on the main level works, and you have to lift it with two hands in order to move it. Several windows do not stay open, and there are missing screens on many of them anyways, including the sliders upstairs. As someone else said, regulating the water temp in the showers was very difficult. But I'll sandwich all that to repeat the everything else was great and the location can not be beat. Thank you for the great stay!

Overall

We had a great family vacation! House was wonderful, location was perfect. Walkway to beach is private and screened back deck was perfect for relaxing. We had 9 family members and everyone chose their place to hang out. Front deck was quite in evenings. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be to update the shower faucets. Hard to get water temperature to regulate. Other than that this place was our favorite out of our rentals with Dunes Realty through the years!! We will definitely be back for another family vacation!!! Thank you sharing your house!!

'5 StarVery nice house with great views of the beach. Had a great family vacation where it was sunny everyday. Sat at table in screened porch every morning for breakfast! House was clean, nicely decorated, and in great shape with nice comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was clean and well maintained. Outdoor faucet/shower was not working so had to use the one by the pool to rinse sand off. Loved the house and would definitely rent it again. The week went way to fast! 5 Star.'
