This well-appointed condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation... complimentary WIFI, a private washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in both bedrooms, plus convenient location, the comforts of home, and beautiful sunsets right from your private balcony are an added bonus!

Spend your days outside surfing the waves or searching for seashells. Cool off in the community pool and come back to your unit to recharge. Unit 1N has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, which comfortably sleeps 6. Spend your vacation creating memories with your loved ones in a great rental! Note, this unit is a side view, not direct ocean front. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
