New Rental for 2024! A Place at the Beach II Unit 1H is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath direct oceanfront condo! Have your morning cup of coffee on the private balcony. Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the crashing of waves and take in beautiful views of the Atlantic! Head down to the sandy beaches of Garden City and see what beach life is all about. Swim in the surf, search for souvenir seashells, and bask in the sun. After a fun filled day, go back to Unit 1H so you can rest and recharge. The primary suite offers a king bed, half bath, and ocean views! The 2nd bedroom is down the hallway, past the full bathroom, and offers a queen bed and one twin bed. An additional sleeping space is offered with a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate 7. For mealtime, you can stay in and cook as the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for easy meal prep. A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
