Pelican Pass is located 2.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier and only 0.4 miles to the new Surfside Beach Pier. This three-story, second row complex is conveniently located to restaurants, public parks, and shopping. Pack your beach bag and walk across the street to take in the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy swimming not only in the ocean, but also in the complex’s large outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1). There is no elevator at Pelican Pass. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Pelican Pass is one of the only complexes that will allow renters to have a gas-powered golf cart as one of their vehicles. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, electric golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
