No pets or smoking allowed. Spring 2016 renovations: new siding, windows, exterior doors, flooring, interior and exterior paint, furniture, fixtures, granite countertops, appliances, decking, décor, swimming pool (14 x 30) and hot tub!

Overall

We love this house! The location and access to beach is perfect! The kitchen could use updated cooking and serving utensils. Cracked oven door and ice maker not working. Living room sofa needs good cleaning or replaced. Other than that we love the layout and the fabulous pool, hot tub, and huge porch on beachside!!
