Take the elevator down to the ground level and it’s only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6’ to 7’3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

'We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much, but I do have to mention one problem. We like to eat in and sample some of the great seafood from the various seafood markets. The kitchen wasn't well equipped for cooking and particularly for storing foodstuffs. The cabinets were full of plates, glasses, and mugs, but there was no place to store food items except on the counter, which then cut down on the space required to prepare a meal. If someone doesn't plan to cook but eat out every night, I would recommend this property.'

'This unit is great, clean, bright & open - the owner is great, she always calls up to check in on us making sure we're having a great time. We come every year same time, same place, probably for the last 5-6 years. It's like home away from home - 5 stars all the way!'
