Bedrooms: 2 + loft up, 2 down Baths: 2 up, 2 down Beds: Loft-Sofabed (Q); Up-1 king, 2 singles; Down-1 king, 2 sets of bunks. 5th bedroom is loft area. 2011 Interior and exterior painted, new windows and siding. Internet access is fast wireless. Covered porch and sundeck. Enclosed are 2 outdoor showers, one is just a "rinse shower" and the other is a full private shower. Walkway to beach. Loft area open with sofabed. 4 singles are 2 sets of bunks. Built in 1993. Approximate square footage 2400. No motorcycles or trailers. No pets allowed. 4 Bedroom TVs are Samsung Smart TVs (55" wall mount, Bunk has 40" on stand). Calls in US, Canada & Puerto Rico are toll free. Pool and spa (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F). Approximate dimensions: pool 10 x 20; spa 7 x 7. No pets allowed.

Overall

I stayed here with my 2 adult children, their spouses and my 3 grandchildren. This house has nearly everything you could possibly need or want. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Besides all the things you would normally expect in a vacation rental the little extra things like laundry baskets, all kinds of dishes and glassware, pool and beach toys and so much more were provided. We especially liked the extra refrigerator, the pantry, spacious kitchen and top notch appliances. There’s plenty of room for everyone inside and out. We enjoyed family meals and evening games around the large dining table, fires around the fire pit, lots of playtime in the heated pool, easy access to the beach, downtown and restaurants within walking distance. The upstairs landing made a great play area for the kids. We would all highly recommend the Mary Ann and this will be the first place we’ll look for when we come back to this area again.

'My husband I stayed at the Mary Ann during the week of October 14-21, 2017. When we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised of how nice and clean it was, especially being oceanfront. The area was very quiet and a great location on the beach. The decks were very nice and appeared to have been recently updated. The house and location made for a great week for our vacation. We hope to get to stay at the Mary Ann again sometime in future.'
