'A beautiful ocean view! There is beach access directly across the street. The home is wonderful. It has everything one would need to have a great vacation. It's so clean and has quality furnishings I would definitely stay at Looney Dunes again. Dunes Realty is also great to work with. I only will use Dunes when I vacation in Garden City.'

'My family stayed here and had a wonderful time. The Dunes Reality team were great throughout the process. We had a problem with entry door knob and it was quickly repaired. The house was everything we expected. The view and beach access were the key reasons we chose the property. We found the house to be very well equipped. All needed cookware and other accessories were available. The four bedrooms were of adequatel space. The furniture in the house was appropriate and comfortable. The rental price is in line with the house. If one wants luxury and for all to be perfect you will need to pay double the price. Will return. Recommend a few more pieces of furniture on front porch and improved lighting in outdoor shower'
