'This is an ecellent beach house. We have stayed their 2 weeks for atleast 6 years and probably more. The new gas stove will be welcome as the other stove it took 3 hours to boil water to cook spaghetti. The new furniture will be appreciated as the other furniture was worn and the chairs around the table (one with 6 chairs the seats were worn and dirty). We loved staying in such a spacious and lovely summer home. I hope that with the improvements the rent will not go up very much if at all as it is already pretty costly. Our grandchildren and their parents join us and it is the only time that we are all together. I am sure with the new improvements the star rating will be 5.'

'Beautiful house, beautiful view to see outside the bedroom sliding doors. We saw some dolphins out back a couple times and had a great time on the backyard beach and even has a nice pool and hot tub to enjoy if you want to stay up at the house, with a huge back deck and lower patio to hang out on while enjoying the ocean view.'
