Watch sunrises over the blue Atlantic ocean from your second floor private balcony. Unit B1 is second floor, has stainless appliances, flat screen TVs, WIFI and a bunk room for the kids! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

Captain’s Walk I is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers all direct ocean front units. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the pier, which offers an arcade, live music during the summer, karaoke, food and drinks, fishing, and beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. This complex features an oceanside outdoor pool that is open Easter to November 1. Take a short walk from the pool area and you are right on the beach! There is no elevator at Captain’s Walk I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.
