Atalaya Towers 402 has a fully equipped kitchen, is colorful and bright. Enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom while the unit comfortably sleeps 8. There's an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool and hot tub, the latter two of which are open all year long. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Wonderful unit. Bright, cheery, fun! A lot of decor clutter though. Would like to have a bit of space in the kitchen cabinets to put our stuff off the counter. King bed is comfy, not like some other units we have tried.

'Loved this condo. Bright and very beachy feel. We are coming back in Sept. and are very disappointed we couldn't get this condo again. Only complaint is that the coffee maker leaked. You can't go wrong with this one. Love it.'

'This is a wonderful vacation condo from the oceanfront location down to the very bright and cheerful interior. We are booked for the 4th year in a row. it is in walking distance for everyone from the grandparents to the grandchildren (age 4 now). The only things that have changed here are the upgrades the owners have made and we appricate them. '
