Atalaya Towers 906 has a fully equipped kitchen and the master bedroom has a king size bed. Another king, a queen and a sleeper sofa brings the accommodations number to 8! You’ll enjoy an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool and hot tub, the latter two of which are open all year long. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Absolutely Beautiful - Don't hesitate with this one!

Overall

We absolutely loved everything about your place. We booked before it was redone and were pleasantly surprised to find everything brand new when we came -WOW! Your decorating and style was so beautiful, we loved everything from the realistic pictures on the walls, to the area rugs in key places, to the benches in the rooms. The washer and dryer were added bonuses. We loved watching the dolphins and sea turtles each morning from the balcony (loved the little touch of the outdoor rugs under the chairs there). Every morning we took our walk to the pier and this is the first year we saw sharks around the pier trying to steal the fish people were catching. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, during this time of the year it comes in handy and our girls loved having that option. Another neat thing we experienced for the first time is the shopping charts at the complex. What a novel idea but again great to bring small things upstairs. One more reason Atalaya towers is a great place! Our only suggestions since you are new owners would be to add some more dishes (like more variety of pots and pans, and not plastic spatulas and such - one day we tried to make garlic bread and had no cookie pan and we wanted to microwave something and didn't have the dish we needed - if this is the worst there is not bad huh), and maybe a few bedside lamps for when one person wants to sit and read and one wants to sleep (just suggestions that could be helpful). We left extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. When we got there one bathroom didn't even have a roll and there was no bag in the garbage can, hoping those stay and don't get taken away for the next person to use. Small suggestions that might help in the future and by no means negative comments. We would stay here again in a second if given the chance, thank you for sharing your place with us. It was way beyond our expectations!
