2018 updates, all bedrooms have flat screen smart TV's. 4 Bedrooms: 3 up and 1 down. 4 Baths: 3 up and 1 down. Beds: Up-1 king, 3 queens; Down-2 queens, 1 sofabed. Private pool (dimensions approximately 20 x 11) and heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. Covered porches. Outside shower. Walkway to beach. Charcoal grill. Built 1998. Approximate square footage 2675. No smoking allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very cozy, and clean. The pool was beautiful and already heated. The rooms are all great sizes. We have already booked for next year! If I could make a few suggestions, a gas grill would be great, screen doors on the sliders would be nice, and please, don’t clean the fridge with any chemicals. That was the only issue we had. Couldn’t put food in the fridge for 3 days. Had to leave it open. Other than that we had a great time!

'What a beautiful home to have stayed in. It was just like the photo's posted. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was already heated and waiting for the kids to jump right in. Even though we knew we would be eating out on most days, the meals we did have at the house had everything (except for a whisk) that was needed. The views are breath taking, the house was easy found from the directions of the Dunes Realty that was given to us. If I had anything negative to say it would be none of us enjoy sitting in the plastic chairs on the decks and around the pool area. We stayed during our granddaughters spring break and had the entire area around us all to ourselves. Would we go back. Oh yeah!'

'The house was wonderful- the bedrooms were spacious and the living room and kitchen were first rate. Private baths for each bedroom are a great plus. The only problem that we had was the fact that the downstairs floors were not clean. The first two days our feet would be so black that we would have to wash them to put our shoes on. We apparently wore all the dirt off because later in the week, it wasn't as bad. If the cleaning service doesn't mop the first floor, then maybe some sort of wet mop could be provided to guests who don't like to have black feet. The grill is in pretty bad shape and rather nasty. We planned to use it at least two nights and weren't able to, so be prepared for that. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed the home, the view of the ocean and Surfside Beach in general! The folks at Dunes Realty were very nice and easy to deal with, which is a huge plus. This was our first stay in Surfside and with Dunes Realty, but certainly not our last.<br />

'Fantastic house! We just returned from a week at Surfside 6. We had two grandparents, two parents, four adult (20 something) children. The space was clean, so much bigger than expected and wonderfully located. The bedroom on the main floor was perfect for the grandparents while everyone had plenty of space upstairs. I was concerned with having only one living area but the space was so large everyone fit comfortably. The pool is fantastic and having the ocean right at your walkway is the only way to go! The kitchen is well stocked and there are nice touches like magazines, games and books around to use. I would love to come back again - and soon! The bathroom on the first floor is shared with the bedroom and my only wish would have been for a powder room on that floor or bathroom facilities by the pool but certainly didn't change my view on how great of a house Surfside 6 really is!'

'Great house! The pool was perfect for the kids (2 1/2 and 1 1/2). Would definitely rent again! Only fall back was that the carpet and floors were filthy. The bottom of our feet were pitch black after walking thru the house for a couple of hours. We mopped and vacuum but really needed to be professionally cleaned.'
