Surfside Landing 101 is an ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in Surfside Beach with a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room combo and private balcony. Accommodating 4 there's 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Landscaped grounds surround an ocean front pool and a walkway to the beach over the dunes. Also there is an outdoor charcoal grill for guests. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Parking is limited. No recreational vehicles or golf carts allowed on the premises of any condominium complex.

Surfside Landing is located 1.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfside Landing to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

'Had a great time in this unit last week. You really need to update your pictures online. It took me a while to decide to stay here because everything looked so dated. My main concern was the bedding. Usually when things are not updated, the mattresses are old and not very comfortable. The master bedroom has new furniture and a new mattress that was really nice. The TV that was in the living area has been moved to the master bedroom and there is a new flat screen (about 40\") in the living area. All the furniture in the living room is covered with a very thick, furry cover. Mostly comfortable, but pretty warm. The second bedroom has new comforters and the beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have a TV in that room for the kids. I'm not terribly concerned with style as long as things are comfortable. Pink carpet is not my favorite, but I can live with it for a week, it doesn't affect my comfort. We would definitely stay here again, although with just a little money, this place could be updated nicely. Just wanted to put this out there so that others would know about the upgrades that have been made. Don't let the pictures fool you. Great location!'
