Princeton House II is located 1.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex has direct oceanfront views. Grab your camera and capture a beautiful Atlantic sunrise while on your balcony. Bring or rent your beach items and step down to the sandy beaches and lounge in the sun or swim in the surf. There is no elevator or pool at Princeton House. This complex is conveniently located to public parks, restaurants, and shopping. Plan your vacation stay at Princeton House and have some fun in the sun! One assigned parking space per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Overall

Just left this am. Great location. Very roomy and quiet. Great views. Nicely decorated and equipped. Called Dunes upon check in to report a broken fridge handle. I told them not an inconvenience, no need to fix right now. To my surprise a repair man was there within an hour. Great service. With Dunes, no bait and switch. What you see is what you get.

'This is an amazing place to stay! It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home in a comfortable and relaxing ocean front setting. All the "extras" make a trip with kids easier with the ability to save money by not eating at restaurants all week.'

'Beautiful place, very well equipped with a wonderful view of the ocean ! Beds are so, so but the rest makes you forget! Very quiet place which is great when you want to rest! And with Dunes, what you see is what you get!!!'
