Downstairs is the living, dining, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. The master has a queen and en-suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. This 3-unit (tri-plex) has a fenced in private pool for your use. There's a sundeck on the front and back with a view of the community pool. You're just a short walk to the beach with all of the comforts of home. For larger parties, "Paradise By The C" and "Tucked Inn 2.0" completes this three unit building. No smoking or pets allowed.
