We have been vacationing in Garden City every summer for 30 years , and we all agree - this is the best house ever! It’s just beautiful AND so comfortable . The open kitchen and great room allowed our family such wonderful nights of cooking, eating and relaxing together Each bedroom was perfect and decorated so nice. The pool is beautiful , so clean and such a great space to spend time together. The views are phenomenal no matter where you are in the house . Also it’s only a short distance to the beach . The dock was perfect for our boat . All in all, a great week at a great house!

Five star home with a 3 star fridge. We loved everything about this house except for the tiny cabinets depth refrigerator that is more for a family of 5. Professionally decorated, fully stocked kitchen. If the owners added a refrigerator on the main level and did temperpedic mattress toppers on the beds (especially the queens) this house would be a 5 1/2. We had to go buy egg crates which didn’t help much. Hoping these things get added so we can come back next year. Wonderful memories made.

Beautiful new home with all the amenities that you need for a wonderful family vacation. Furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped (maybe a few more pots) and big enough for multiple cooks in the kitchen. The pool was awesome. Bathroom outside was an added plus. Short walk to the beach made it the perfect balance between beach and pool.

FIVE STARS...this home is INCREDIBLE! The inside is so well designed with space for everyone. The kitchen/living area has a warm cozy feel, but is spacious and a perfect place for our families to gather. The bedrooms were perfect, with comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The location is perfect! An easy stroll to the beach *(or a fun Golf Cart ride) or short ride to great eats! The heated pool was a welcome respite for the kids... The owner & rental agency was easy to work with and very responsive to questions we had. Can't wait to book this place again!

Cannot recommend this property enough -- we had such a great time staying here. The house is brand new and gorgeous, with great views, several balconies, lots of common space, great-sized rooms, a beautiful kitchen, and a private pool. It's perfect for large groups and families. Location is also great -- within easy walking distance of the beach, or you can take a golf cart and be at the beach in about two minutes. Already wanting to plan a trip back!
