Make 'Sandy Paws' your family's Surfside Beach vacation destination for years to come! Formerly known as 'Goody's Place'. Located directly on the ocean front just south of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this 7 bedroom 7 1/2 bath home has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There is an elevator which goes to the first and second floor. Only six blocks from the heart of Surfside Beach and several restaurants. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with major appliances that include a separate freezer and refrigerator, two beverage drawers, two dishwashers, stove, and microwave as well as 2 washer/dryers. Other amenities include a wet bar with mini-refrigerator and separate ice maker, hardwood floors and ceiling fans. Eight TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations for 24 include three kings, six queens, 2 captain's bunks, one single and two sleeper sofas. The outdoor amenities feature a private pool that can be heated(heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F), for an additional $400 per week. A  7' x 7' hot tub, shower, and gas grill are also available. Maid service includes linens on all reservations. No smoking allowed. Sandy Paws is a small dog friendly property. Fabulous oceanfront beach home, with stunning views, in the cutest beach town!

Absolutely loved this house - everything we were looking for (and so much more!) - lots of space, stunning ocean views, well stocked, comfy beds/tvs in all of bedrooms/and ALL of the 7 bedrooms had their own bathroom (3 bedrooms had walkouts to decks w/ocean views). Great Wi-Fi. Kitchen area was amazing, well stocked - practically 2 of everything, from 2 ice makers to 2 dishwashers. Lovely layout - but the outside is the real gem! 4 decks in total - 3 decks facing the ocean - stunning views everywhere, beautiful pool/pool area (and plenty of chairs, lounges, pool/beach toys too) - hot tub, outdoor shower, grills (gas and charcoal), cornhole and of course your own beach access to a gorgeous, wide beach! Walk into the cute town with a few shops/restaurants and bars (go via beach or on the sidewalk - we rarely used our cars). Walk to tennis/pickleball. Walk to cute dog park. An absolutely amazing gem of a house in the sweetest town - to the owners - many thanks for sharing your home! Our group is already looking forward to returning next year!
