Beach House 312 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located in an Ocean Front Complex, which features superb ocean views from it's private balcony. Come enjoy the sights and sounds that the Atlantic Ocean offers, or sit back and relax in this tastefully decorated unit. Every room and space has been carefully remodeled and it shows! The Beach House complex also offers a community swimming pool for your enjoyment.

This condo will sleep up to 7 guests. Both bathrooms were just remodeled with beautiful custom tile showers (December 2021)! The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and access to the balcony. Watch the sun rise from the comfort of your bed! The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin top bunk and full bottom bunk. All new Novaform medium firm mattresses in both bedrooms. The hallway bathroom is just steps away from the second bedroom and living areas. A sleeper sofa offers additional space for larger families. Inside dining seating for 7, with additional space on balcony. All new appliances make this fully equipped kitchen a delight to cook in. Please note: Beach House 312 does NOT have a private washer/dryer. There is a coin laundry on site. Come see for yourself when you vacation in Beach House 312!

Beach House is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with not only direct ocean front views, but units with side ocean views and pool views. Enjoy an oceanside outdoor pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Soak up the sun on the complex’s sundeck or step right down to the sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Unit amenities vary and for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on site. This is a Non-Smoking unit. There is no elevator at Beach House. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

Overall

We will be renting this condo every year! It is perfect from beginning to end. It was immaculately clean which I was so impressed by. All the appointments were clean and fresh. The couch is comfy. The beds are comfy. It is decorated so beautifully and so beachy cute. There is only one downside and I hate to even say this because towards the end of our week we were in such good shape...it's almost 6 flights of stairs... granted there are some landings in between but it is a lot of stairs. I am telling you because we did not know we were going to be on the 3rd floor. And no elevators. But to be honest the place is so beautiful you're right on the beach, the condo is beautifully decorated, the view of the ocean and sitting on the deck makes everything fade away like the stairs! We are going to rent this every year as long as they'll have us. And one other thing the cleaning staff should be commended. I did not freak out about 1 thing in this condo and that is a first in many many years. I didn't call for 1 thing that was dirty. It was immaculate! The cleaning staff deserves a lot of credit for how beautiful this condo was. We will be renting again because of it.. Thank you all. And thank you for creating such a fun beachy place! We loved it!
