This is a tentative reservation only, as rates have not yet been set for this property for the following year.
Reservations in the following year are accepted up to one year in advance with a deposit of $100 (houses) or $50 (condos) for each week reserved. This deposit will be applied to your rent, but cannot be transferred and is non-refundable unless the requested property becomes unavailable.
Tentative Reservations are not guaranteed, and are accepted with the understanding that the rate is subject to change and that the property owner has the first choice of any week. Should your property become unavailable, your deposit will be refunded or can be transferred. You will receive a deposit request with the new rates in November, and will have until January 15 to confirm your reservation with a full deposit (equal to 50% of the base rental amount.)
