Waterforde is located 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This four-story complex offers units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and oceanside pool. Pack your beach bags and enjoy the sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere this location provides. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk down to the beach and relax. Waterforde’s amenities include a gated parking lot, outdoor grilling area, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. **Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking underneath the building and are to be parked exclusively in the parking area adjacent to the fence. Vehicle charging is also prohibited. Non-compliance will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
