Overall

'Have stayed in the property for the last 6 or 7 years. It is a great location and even though there is an annual renter on the first floor, you would never know it was there. He leaves for work each day and has never complained or interfered with our vacation. It's a great little place and so convenient to everything! It is a great place and a good price - check it out!'

'Stayed here 2 years in a row. Nice clean comfortable would recommend and the guy who lives downstairs is also very friendly. Great screened front porch with rockers and nice having washer and dryer.'
