Sea Oaks 310 is a 2-bedroom, 2 bath ocean view condominium located just a half mile from the Garden City Pier. Upgrades include new stainless appliances, granite counters in kitchen, bedding, furniture, paint, décor and more! The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Captain's Bunk with an additional trundle. There’s also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sea Oaks 310 has 2 TVs, a DVD player and WIFI. The Sea Oaks complex amenities include an oceanfront pool, gazebo for shaded seating and an elevator. This property is non-smoking and does NOT allow pets. Limit 2 parking passes. No trailers or golf carts allowed. Mini Vacations (nightly stays) are available in the offseason- Please call and speak with a reservationist for details.

Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'Absolutely fantastic vacation in this beautiful condo. House is so well equipped and maintained. Everything we wanted and more. Owners had so many things that made our stay perfect. Crockpot was a bonus! Although we brought many items we thought we’d need - paper products, soaps etc all was provided. We left what we brought for the next family. Property is also well maintained. Just a few steps from pool to beach. Only downside too few lounge chairs at the pool. Also loved their thoughts for the community we dropped off many unused items for the god bank. dropping off unused items for the local food bank. Definitely would return.'
