The well-equipped kitchen features newer appliances. There is dining for 6 with additional counter seating. Enjoy 3 Tv’s and Wi-Fi. Located just a half mile from Garden City Pier. The Sea Oaks complex amenities include an oceanfront pool, gazebo for shaded seating and an elevator. This property is non-smoking and does NOT allow pets. Limit 2 parking passes. No trailers or golf carts allowed.

Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County and just a short drive to some 57 golf courses in the Murrells Inlet area. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Overall

This is a comfortable condo. Had mostly everything we needed for 1 couple. I love the location. The king bed and living room furniture is comfy but the queen mattress probably should be replaced and I didn’t like the screen on the balcony. Also needs more pool lawn chairs.
