Home is all one level. On the Beach! No walkway needed. There is a large, covered oceanfront deck stretching the entire length of the house to relax and enjoy the view!! Outside shower. GAS grill. 2 single beds are rollaways. Approximate square footage 1750 plus DECK. Twin bedroom TV has internet only. 4 TVs have cable. WIFI. No smoking or pets allowed.

Overall

Our fourth year at Sea Pearl and plan on returning in 2023 for our fifth year. The absolute perfect beach house. Fantastic porch overlooking the beach. House was spotless when we arrived thanks to the wonderful folks at dunes realty. Just a wonderful wonderful week.

'We had a great time. Loved the layout of the house. The front porch and rocking chairs were favorites. Rain for four days and jelly fish were a downer, but we still had a great time and would rent this house again. Thanks!'

'We stay at Sea Pearl often and we think everything is Great!!! We're the owners and we take all suggestions very seriously. We'd much prefer suggestions via Dunes comment cards so we have some time to get more info to see if the suggestion is warranted, practical and we can afford it. Addressing Sally's comments -- Sea Pearl now has a TV in every bedroom plus the living room; 2 of the TVs are HD. We also have 4 DVD players. We will take a critical look at the furniture, however we have 12 people here this week (half kids / half adults) and no complaints so far. A new kitchen faucet is waiting on the plumber to install. Thank you for enjoying Sea Pearl and your feedback.'

'We just returned from a weeks stay at the Sea Pearl. We loved the layout (a bathroom for each bedroom and 2 bathrooms are accessible from the den without having to go through someones bedroom - also the 4 bedrooms are at the 4 corners of the house - so privacy and quiet) , the large covered porch on the back to watch the beach, the access to the beach (just out the back), the easy covered parking and nice TV in the den. The decor and den furniture could use some updating, but we had 7 adults and a toddler and we all had a great time.'

'This was our 1st time at the Sea Pearl. We were overall happy at the Sea Pearl. However, we found that the livingroom furniture uncomfortable and a bit worn and had an unpleasant odor. Some of the wallpaper is starting to come loose on the seams. We did like the room layouts and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. The sink facet could be replaced, showing signs of metal corrosion. Enjoyed the large cover deck and plenty of parking for 6 cars. 
Overall, I would rate the property a 3. Just needs some 
TLC and newer furniture. And also needs a TV in the 3rd bedroom that is a queen room. There were 3 couples and 
we did not use the twin room, which had a TV. So, one couple 
had to settle on a room without a TV. No big deal, after golfing everyday, we were all tired.
