Accommodating 12, has 3 full baths, WIFI, washer/dryer, full kitchen, covered and screened porches and it's small dog friendly! Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds, wooded beach dune walkover and seasonally heated outdoor community pool! Sorry, no smoking allowed.

4 Bedrooms: 3 up and 1 down. 3 Baths: 2 up and 1 down. Beds: 2 kings, 2 doubles up; 2 singles, 1 sofa bed down.

Oceanfront complex of 10 homes with community pool and landscaped common grounds. Front location in oceanfront complex. Internet access is wireless. Covered and screen porches. Approximate square footage 1800. Dog friendly. The pool will be heated starting April 1 through the last Saturday in May. In the fall the pool will only be heated the month of October, when temperature falls below 80 degrees. Pool heat is not maintained by Dunes Realty and no refunds will be given should the heater fail.

Another Outstanding stay! We stayed here last year and loved it . Came back this week and had another Outstanding stay .We will be back next year. Great Beach , close to the Amenities . The Place is well laid out and comfy. Love the carpet upstairs . I would highly recommend this place to any Family .

'We had an outstanding time at 1428 Portofino. The place was fabulous!!!!! Clean , updated , well laid out and really gave you the beach feel. Yard was well landscaped and loved the pool . I would sincerely recommend this to everyone . Close to all amenities . Beach was great with plenty of frontage . We look forward to our next trip here next year. Thank you Portofino 1428 for a great Family Vacation . The weather was fantastic this late in year !!!! You earned Five Stars!!!!!!!'
