One Ocean Place is located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier is Horry County. This twelve-story oceanfront complex offers the ultimate experience in oceanfront living! Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing along the shore, and watch a sunrise from your spacious oceanfront balcony. Take the elevator down to the ground level and it’s only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6’ to 7’3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

'My family and I stayed here for a week and loved it. It was well appointed, decorated nicely, beds were very comfortable, the view is breathtaking and it was very very clean. It was probably one of the nicest vacation properties we have stayed in Garden City. The management company is top notch. The staff that works is very accomodating. My family will definitely be back to One Ocean Place #1205. '

Overall

'One Ocean Place 1205 was simply AMAZING!! The condo is beautifully decorated and updated! We loved the kitchen and tile floors! The rooms were very spacious and we were surprised to have access from the owners to a beach umbrella and beach chairs for our stay (since I left mine at home). This was our first time vacationing as a family and we didn't realize we would need to supply our own toilet paper. That's okay we got some at the store, but I thought this place would come with the basic amenities like toilet paper and hand soap. 
 
We had 6 adults in the condo. The double bed in bedroom 2 is not a Queen it's a full size bed and could not fit 2 adults. The pull out bed in the living room is quit uncomfortable and old. The mattress needs to be replaced. 5 Adults could stay in there comfortably not 8 adults. The sliding glass doors were hard to open and close so we rarely sat outside. Also the owners closet is in bedroom 1 with the twin beds. Which is find but that room is so small the two people staying in there had no where to put their items. 
 
Other than those few things we had a great time! We had family staying in the same place and they were on the 4th and 3rd floors and our condo was probably the best out of the three of them. The furniture could use a little updating, but it's beautiful and I would stay there again! 
 
Parking was a little issue! If you came back late at night you might not have a place to park. The female parking attendant is rude and not friendly. They patrol the garage in the evening and made space for us when we returned around 2am but it was frustrating driving around looking for a space.

'One Ocean Place Unit 1205 is fantastic! Beautifully updated and decorated. The new furniture in the living room is very comfortable. The condo was spotless when we arrived. It has everything we could possibly need, with plenty of room to accommodate our personal belongings. We are very impressed with this condo. We definitely will return to 1205!'
