Take the elevator down to the ground level and it’s only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6’ to 7’3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

'One Ocean Place was well-maintained. Views were awesome. Loved the covered, secure parking. Dunes Realty was great to work with. However, this condo is in need of some TLC: walls and baseboards need painting, peeling wallpaper, closet doors in some rooms do not close correctly, bathrooms need serious updating, box springs need to be covered with a dust ruffle--that's ridiculous! The kitchen, although small, was updated nicely. Would we stay here again? No.'

'Loved our home for the week! It was modern, very clean and the living room furniture was extremely comfortable (not some uncomfortable, wicker furniture that you find in most beach homes). The pools and hot tubs were clean everyday, the beach never seemed too crowded and the distance from the pier was just perfect! The only downside to this condo is the small size of the kitchen, but at least it is clean!!'
